It's a nice motel with free parking and very close to the port of St. Malo for the ferry to Jersey, Channel Islands. The manager who checked us in gave us the best service anywhere. My cell phone wouldn't connect to the internet when I arrived. There were issues with the French cell company that day. The manager (I believe his name is Reda) took the time to fix the problem and got it to connect. He was so kind and would not give up until it was fixed! When I travel to the Normany region, I will only stay at this property as a result of his amazing service.

The room 9 was clean, smart and modern - loved that instead of their usual shower above a bath, that they have walk in shower. Excellent that the disabled parking bays were immediately outside our, which made it easy for us to access our room. Also our dog could be directly outside our room. on this occasion, we didn't have dinner, as we were invited to friends - nor breakfast, as we had an early start for the Ferry.

I stayed in the Tour room which was really lovely and a spacious bathroom. Lots of storage and coffee and tea facilities in the room. The owners were very welcoming and went out of their way to provide the best service. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the facilities were excellent, including the pool. This would be a great place for couples or families looking for a quiet getaway.

The lady on booking me in on Monday the 15 July was not at all helpful and did not attempt to speak a little English in fact was rude I have stayed many time here and it’s the. First time I have had this kind of treatment and unfortunately my friends who came with us also received the same treatment.
